Other Irish bands on the bill include Two Door Cinema Club, NewDad, Kneecap and The Mary Wallopers.
Country-pop star Twain is set to take the Sunday afternoon 'Legends' slot on the Pyramid Stage.
The festival takes place at Worthy Farm from June 26th - 30th, and tickets sold out almost immediately.
