Following their Saturday set at Oxegen this weekend, the brilliant Yeasayer have announced their return to Ireland. The oddball New Yorkers will play at the Olympia Theatre in Dublin on Monday October 18th. Tickets priced €20-€23 go on sale next Tuesday July 20th at 9am.
Another band following an Oxegen set with a gig announcement are Choice Music Prize nominated Dublin band CODES. They are set to play the new Captain's Live venue in Blanchardstwon next Friday July 23rd. Tickets priced €10 will be available on the door.
Elsewhere, Australian multi instrumentalist Xavier Rudd has announced a visit to Dublin's Academy for Thursday December 2nd. Rudd will be performing in support of his latest album 'Koonyum Sun'. Tickets priced €30 go on sale tomorrow, Friday July 16th at 9am.
Meanwhile, Chris De Burgh is set to play Dublin's Grand Canal Theatre on May 27th 2011, with tickets priced €44.50 - €71.00 to go on sale soon.
