Castlepalooza has earned a reputation as being one of Ireland's absolute best lower-budget festivals, assembling a line-up that's good for your ears and a ticket price that's good for your wallet. This year's collection of acts is very Irish-centric, with an emphasis clearly placed on live performances with the likes of ASIWYFA, Fight Like Apes and Le Galaxie among the best and most purely fun live experiences our island has produced in many a year.
As well as the usual musical entertainment, Castlepalooza will return with its now annual Eat My Shorts short film showcase, while the Monster Truck Gallery will bring their visual art to a festival setting. There'll be all sorts of day spas, lovely food and heaps of other surprises on hand over the course of the festival too.
