Get the shoulder pads and legwarmers out

The best place to relive the 80's is returning on the 15th, 16th and 17th of July in the luxurious grounds of Palmerstown House Estate, Co Kildare.

This Summer sees the return of Forever Young Festival. Awarded 'Best Line Up' and 'Best Medium-Sized Festival' in Ireland (2019), it promises to be one you will not forget.

Massive names from the 80’s will make an appearance, such as headliners Marti Pellow (Wet Wet Wet), Holly Johnson (Frankie Goes to Hollywood) and OMD. Alongside them are an array of fellow luminaries and a star-studded line-up of over 30 original 80’s iconic artists.

True to their era, a classic DeLorean and Knight Rider ‘Kit’ car welcome festival-goers at the main arena entrance. There will also be a retro gaming tent with Space Invaders, Pac man and other 80's classics.

Featured at the festival is luxury camping, flushing toilets, on-site glamping with comfortable beds, duvets, power to charge your devices, hot showers, and golf buggy lifts around the site. The festival spans across 900 acres, so no one needs to crowd together if they are Covid wary.

Along with being an eco-friendly, climate-aware event, the festival was launched solely to raise funds for a new animal welfare charity "Animal Welfare and Veterinary Care Ireland". There will also be a ban on single-use plastics, keeping the grounds clean.
