The icon's grandchild's tragic death was reported yesterday
Very sad news this morning as it's been revealed that the young grandson of Elvis Presley has died tragically.
Benjamin Keough, who bore a striking resemblance to his grandfather, was the youngest son of Presley's daughter Lisa Marie. According to TMZ he died yesterday of a self-inflicted shotgun wound.
Benjamin's sister is actress Riley Keough, and his father is Danny Keough, whom Lisa Marie divorced in 1994.
A rep for Lisa Marie Presley released a statement that read: "She is completely heartbroken, inconsolable and beyond devastated but trying to stay strong for her 11-year-old twins and her oldest daughter Riley. She adored that boy. He was the love of her life.”

Amongst those offering their condolences on social media was Nancy Sinatra, who tweeted at Presley: "I have known you since before your mama gave birth to you, never dreaming you would have pain like this in your life.
