Dwayne Johnson is set to host a concert special featuring a number of big names. Global Citizen and the European Commission are collaborating on the gig, which aims to highlight the disproportionate impact of COVID-19 on marginalised communities.

The concert follows a summit full of panel discussions and interviews. At it, world leaders, corporations and philanthropists will discuss expanding the distribution of COVID-19 tests, treatments and vaccines, and rebuilding communities devastated by the crisis.

At the concert, the likes of Chloe x Halle; Christine and the Queens; Coldplay; J Balvin; Jennifer Hudson; Justin Bieber and Quavo; Miley Cyrus; Shakira; Usher and Yemi Alade are going to perform.

The event will also include appearances from Antoni Porowski; Billy Porter; Charlize Theron; Chris Rock; David Beckham; NAACP president Derrick Johnson; Diane Kruger; Forest Whitaker; Hugh Jackman; Ken Jeong; Kerry Washington; Nikolaj Coster-Waldau; Olivia Colman; Opal Tometi; Salma Hayek Pinault and more.

The concert airs this weekend on Saturday 27th June.

It's available on multiple networks and platforms worldwide including NBC, MTV, Twitter, Apple, Yahoo, Twitch and YouTube.
