Dublin's Unsigned are to launch their new compilation album 'Dublin's Unsigned Volume 1' with a special gig at Crawdaddy on Friday 11th December.

Unsigned acts including Noise Control and The Spikes will perform on the night, to launch an album that highlights tracks from a selection of unsigned bands from the Dublin music scene. The idea for the album originated with Dean Regan who is member of Dublin act The Red Labels and founder of Fatfux record label, "Our goal is to raise the publics' expectations of true unsigned music through professional promotion and combined projects with artists".

Several participating acts will also perform live in Music Maker and Arnott's Project, Jervis Street Centre on Saturday 5th, ahead of the official launch. Dublin's Unsigned Volume 1 will be available in Tower Records and will feature at cash points in Arnott's Project of Jervis Street shopping centre and Urban Outfitters and Road Records. The CD will be priced €9.99.

Tickets to the launch at Crawdaddy on December 11th are priced €7, and the show runs 8pm 'til late. For more info visit www.dublinsunsigned.com
