Fans eager to buy tickets for the Dublin musician's big summer 2020 gigs were left frustrated

Considering how huge Dermot Kennedy already is (and how much bigger he's going to be in 2020), it's no surprise that tickets for his gigs are in high demand.

The Rathcoole man recently announced a rake of big gigs for next summer that includes Dublin's Malahide Castle, Cork's Irish Independent Park and the Belsonic Festival in Belfast.

Pre-sale tickets were due to go on sale for Dermot Kennedy this morning, with general sale to follow this Friday.

However, when fans logged on at 9am, it seemed that they were unable to access the pre-sale - which led to a lot of fist-waving and anger in Ticketmaster's direction.

Kennedy himself had to take to Twitter to sort the situation out.

Ticketmaster have still not issued an explanation, but it seems that the links began working and fans bagged tickets as required.

So, who's heading along?
