You may remember, not so long ago Talking Heads legend David Byrne played a show at the National Concert Hall as part of a tour entitled 'The Songs of David Byrne and Brian Eno', in which is played songs from the pair's 2008 album 'Everything That Happens Will Happen Today', as well as their 1981 album 'My Life in the Bush of Ghosts'.

Now, director David Hillman Curtis has made a documentary following the tour. It will be called 'Ride, Rise, Roar' and will debut at next month's SXSW festival in Austin, Texas. You can view a trailer over at the film's official website, www.rideriseroar.com.

In the meantime, 'Here Lies Love', Byrne's concept album with Fatboy Slim, is due for release on April 2nd. So far, it's gotten a fairly mixed response, but what I've heard so far sounds interesting enough. You can listen to samples from the album and download free tracks at www.davidbyrne.com
