"Isn't she lovely, this Hollywood girl..."
Courtney Love is the latest to voice her support of Britney Spears amidst the singer's legal battle to remove her father from overseeing her conservatorship.
Courtney Love has been recording a number of acoustic covers from her home in London. She moved to England spontaneously after watching the 'Downton Abbey' film.
The musician is recording her first solo album since 2004.
She hit headlines last week after accusing Olivia Rodrigo of copying Hole's album cover. Both featured a teary, makeup-stained Prom queen.
Last weekend, Courtney Love shared a cover of 'Lucky' to voice her support of Britney Spears.
The song has been looked at more closely of late in the wake of Britney's legal struggle and the #FreeBritney movement.
Courtney introduces the song saying: "Someone asked me what song I was going to cover next. I don’t have a guitar player handy so [pointing to self], yup.
"This is, I don’t know. We’ll see, let’s go through this together.
"It’s written by one of those fantastic Swedish people, gentlemen, and it’s got like B-sharp, seventh, I don’t know that sh**. Let’s just try it. Punky, whatever, f* it."
She got emotional towards the end of the cover, saying: "I’m actually crying, I fu**ing hate this when it happens."
Aside from Courtney Love, other that have voiced their support of Britney include Christina Aguilera, Justin Timberlake, Khloe Kardashian, Brandy, Mariah Carey and more.
Last week, Britney Spears was denied her request to remove her father from her conservatorship.
Additionally, Bessemer Trust, the management firm appointed co-conservator of the singer's finances, stepped down from its role in the conservatorship.
