The Grammy-winning musician heads up the bill for the charity gig
The conversation around homelessness has once again featured prominently in the Irish news over the last day or two, following the sad death of another homeless person on Irish streets.
That makes the announcement of the Rock Against Homelessness gig all the more timely.
The gig, organised by the Sunday Independent in aid of Focus Ireland, is now in its 9th year and will take place on May 26th at Dublin's 3Olympia Theatre.
Corinne Bailey Rae will headline this year's event, with Laura Whitmore on MC duty, and Irish acts Toshín, Aimée, The White Horse Guitar Club and Isaac Butler also on the bill.
All proceeds will go to homeless charity Focus Ireland, and tickets are €30 and on sale this Friday, March 1st from 9am.
