Smith sang 'Men in Black' with rapper J Balvin

One of the world's biggest music festivals took place in recent days when the first weekend of Coachella took place.

The Californian festival, which is spread across two weekends, was headlined by Lana Del Rey, Tyler the Creator and Doja Cat, and also saw No Doubt reunite for the first time in nine years. Indeed, their hit-strewn set was one of the most acclaimed of the weekend, earning rave reviews across the board.

There was also a mini Fugees reunion after Lauryn Hill and Wyclef Jean joined Hill's son YG Marley during his set.

As is the norm with Coachella, there were various surprises across the weekend, too.

Paris Hilton joined Vampire Weekend during their set to play the game cornhole, dressed as a cowboy, as they played 'Cocaine Cowboys', while frontman Ezra Koenig wore a t-shirt with 'The Pogues' on it.

One of the biggest surprises of the weekend, however, was when Will Smith joined rapper J Balvin to perform 'Men in Black', with full laser show, choreography and graphics, dressed as his Agent J character from the movie:

The second weekend takes place from April 19th - 21st.
