The U2 frontman is in the final stages of penning his memoir
If there's one major figure in Irish music whose story is ripe to be told (in their own words), it's Bono's.
Now, the U2 frontman is reportedly writing his autobiography, according to their former manager Paul McGuinness.
In an interview with The Sunday Times yesterday, McGuinness revealed that he had helped to broker a deal with publisher Penguin Random House in 2017, and that Bono was now in the final stages of writing the book.
There is no ghost writer involved and the book was supposed to have been completed by 2019, but Bono is still working on it.
There's also no publication date set for the book, but you can confidently assume that it'll be a big seller.
In the meantime, U2's 'All That You Can't Leave Behind' is set for a 20th anniversary reissue at the end of this month, including a 51-track Super Deluxe box set.
