The follow-up to last year's 'Thank U, Next' is coming very soon

If you've worn out your copy of 'Thank U, Next' and were worrying that the pandemic might mean that it's a while before we hear any new music from Ariana Grande, fear not.

The US pop star has announced that she's releasing an album - and you'll hear it within a matter of weeks.

She took to Twitter yesterday to make the short-but-sweet revelation, not giving any further details except that it'll be released this month. That could mean tomorrow, October 23rd or October 30th.

Grande has released two singles this year, both collaborations: 'Stuck With U' with Justin Bieber, and 'Rain on Me' with Lady Gaga.

There is also speculation that she is teaming up with Mariah Carey and Jennifer Hudson on an as-yet-unannounced project, after Carey dropped a major hint a few days ago. It's believed that the pair may be featuring on Carey's forthcoming Christmas special for Apple TV+.

Either way, watch this space...
