The Arctic Monkeys have revealed the artwork for the new album, which they've called 'Humbug.' Check it out (left).

Montreal indie rockers and mates of Arcade Fire, Islands, have announced details of the follow up to last year's fantastic 'Arm's Way'. Frontman Nick Thorburn  produced the album with the help of Chris Coady, who has previously worked with TV On The Radio and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs. Thorburn's former Unicorn bandmate, Jamie Thompson, has rejoined the group for the album, after leaving after 2006's 'Return To The Sea'. The new album will be called 'Vapours' and is due for release on September 22nd.

Birmingham indie rockers Editors have revealed that the title of their forthcoming third album will be 'In This Light and Of This Evening'. Frontman Tom Smith has said the album is inspired by the city of London, as well as records by Iggy Pop and Georgio Moroder. He also warns that it will be 'more electronic' than previous material.

Former Pavement guitarist and vocalist Scott Kannberg is to release his first solo album with Matador records under the name Spiral Stairs, a nickname he has been known under for many years. 'The Real Feel' features guest appearances from Broken Social Scene's Kevin Drew as well as members of Posies and Kannberg's new band, Preston School of Industry. It is due for release on October 20th.

While they're currently busy re-issue their classic old albums, The Beastie Boys have revealed that their eighth studio album will be called 'Hot Sauce Committee Part 1'. Originally thought to be called simply 'Hot Sauce Committee', the 17 track album is due for release on September 15th and will feature guest performances from Santigold and Nas. Meanwhile, EMI are following up reissues of Radiohead's first three album, 'Pablo Honey', 'The Bends' and 'Ok Computer', with deluxe reissues of the next three, 'Kid A', 'Amnesiac' and 'Hail To The Thief'. All three will once again come with a second disc of B-Sides, rarities and live performances. They're due out on August 25th.
