The Mercury Prize winner of the best UK & Irish album of the past year will be revealed at a ceremony in London tonight, and there will be a special performer taking the stage.
Actor Michael C. Hall - aka Dexter from 'Dexter', David Fisher from 'Six Feet Under' and a host of other well-known roles - will perform 'Lazarus' from David Bowie's 'Blackstar', which is up for the award. Hall is the lead actor in the Broadway musical of the same name, which opens in London's West End on November 8th.
Other performers on the night include The 1975, Skepta, Kano, Bat For Lashes, Jamie Woon, Laura Mvula, Michael Kiwanuka, Savages, The Comet Is Coming and Anohni.
