Of course, Adele features on our list

The 61st Grammy Awards take place in LA tonight. With performances on the way from Miley Cyrus, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Camila Cabello, and Shawn Mendes, it's set to be a memorable night. Here are some of the best performances The Grammys have hosted in the past.

Amy Winehouse - 'You Know I'm No Good' & 'Rehab'

The late singer treated attendees to a double helping via satellite in 2008. Winehouse won five Grammy Awards that night, including Best Record and Best Song.

M.I.A./Jay-Z/Kanye West/Lil Wayne/T.I. - 'Swagger Like Us'

A supergroup if ever there was one. A heavily pregnant M.I.A. took to the stage before making way for one of the biggest performances ever seen at The Grammys. We were denied a music video for the song, and below is the only evidence of the performance on the internet - hence the terrible quality.

Adele - 'Hello'

2017 was the year that Adele paid tribute to the late George Michael, by singing a slowed-down rendition of 'Fastlove.' After beginning the song, she stopped and restarted - not wanting a repeat of what happened to her the year before. However, it was her performance of 'Hello' that stole the show.

Christina Aguilera/Pink/Lil Kim/Mya - 'Lady Marmalade'

The female supergroup to beat all supergroups took to The Grammys stage in 2002. What topped off the performance was the appearance of original 'Lady Marmalade' singer, Patti LaBelle.

Whitney Houston - 'I Will Always Love You'

Houston made her first Grammy Awards appearance in 1985; and in 1993 she stole the show with her performance of Dolly Parton's 'I Will Always Love You' from 'The Bodyguard' soundtrack (which also won Album of the Year that year).

Eminem/Elton John - 'Stan'

It would have been a crime if we left out this performance. The 2001 Grammys saw a collaboration that sounds like it couldn't possibly work on paper, but it turned out to create a blossoming friendship between the pair - and a killer performance.

Michael Jackson - 'The Way You Make Me Feel' & 'Man in the Mirror'

1988 was the year that Michael Jackson got a full 10 minutes on The Grammy stage, and boy did he rock it. Jackson was awarded the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2010.

Kesha/Camila Cabello/Cyndi Lauper/Julia Michaels - 'Praying'

Hot on the heels of Kesha announcing her comeback to the music business following her court case against music producer Dr. Luke, she took to The Grammys last year. She was joined on stage by a host of support singers, and the performance was seen as a very historic moment in Grammys history.
