The rapper isn't happy about Joe Biden's plans for higher tax for rich people
It seems that Kanye West isn't the only black rapper to throw their support behind Donald Trump.
Although West is now preoccupied with his own campaign, his fellow hip-hop star 50 Cent has taken up his mantle and has endorsed Donald Trump for the most self-serving reason imaginable.
Fiddy - who is technically 'bankrupt' - urged people to vote for Trump in an Instagram post last night. Why? Because the rate of taxes for high earners that is being proposed by Joe Biden is too high, in his estimation.
Biden plans to raise taxes for people earning more than $400,000 a year, with the rate in New York - where the rapper lives - being raised to 62%.
"WHAT THE FUCK! (VOTE ForTRUMP) IM OUT," he wrote. "FUCK NEW YORK The KNICKS never win anyway. I don’t care Trump doesn’t like black people 62% are you out of ya fucking mind."

However, as CNBC pointed out, "Of course, few if any taxpayers pay the full statutory rates, which don’t include deductions, credits, offsets, loopholes and lower tax rates on other sources of income." They also note that taxpayers would only pay a higher rate on money earned over $400,000 - meaning that the first $399,999 would be taxed at a normal rate.
In any case, 50 Cent has surprised a lot of people...
50 Cent voting for Trump bc with Biden's tax plan he'd be 32 Cent and that just doesn't have the same ring to it

50 Cent endorsing Donald Trump is everything you need to know about how fucked up the state of men in hip-hop are.
He's literally endorsing a white supremacist because of taxes...all of that talk about supporting our own communities, businesses, and equity -- out the window.— Ernest Owens (@MrErnestOwens) October 19, 2020
i think the takeaway here is that 50cent is a fairly gullible news consumer. https://t.co/A4ZwAUWegR

50 Cent, Ice Cube, and Kanye West could stand in the middle of 5th Avenue and shoot each other and I'd tweet "Tupac was better than all three of them" on my way to vote for Joe Biden & Kamala Harris.

Did 50cent just ask people to vote for a white supremacists so he can pay less tax? pic.twitter.com/mQjyjpoBcF

50 Cent endorsing Trump for president is probably the least surprising news of 2020
