The DJ and producer plays an Irish show this week

He’s one of the biggest DJs and producers on the UK music scene, thanks to hits like ‘Sorry’, ‘Lonely’ and ‘Head & Heart’ - and Joel Corry is Ireland-bound this week.

The BRIT-nominated Londoner has already released several songs this year, and will taking over the Voodoo Rooms in Cork on Thursday, June 1 for Orchard Thieves 'Obey Your Instinct' live.

Ahead of the gig, we caught up with him to learn more about his inspirations and influences.

Rihanna & Calvin Harris – ‘We Found Love’.

5. What is your pet peeve?
When the shower in a hotel room has low pressure and the water just dribbles out.
