The director of Hostel and Cabin Fever is back behind the camera, telling the story of a group of young New York activists who are flying to the Amazon to protect and endangered tribe. However, their plane crashes, they get taken hostage by these very same tribesfolk, and things take a turn for the absolute horrific.
