After the death of his wife, a lonely old man named Otto (Played by Tom Hanks) finds that the only joy he gets is from causing his neighbours grief. Whether it's harassing a delivery driver or accusing a dog of peeing on his walkway, Otto will do it. But when a young family move in next door, and much to his reluctance, the family help Otto realise that he doesn't need to isolate himself.
