George Clooney is up in the air again but this time it's a lot more serious as Clooney finds himself lost in space. A teaser trailer was released online for the Alfonso Cuaron helmed movie 'Gravity', starring George Clooney and Sandra Bullock.
The official synopsis reads as 'A heart-pounding thriller that pulls you into the infinite and unforgiving realm of deep space. Bullock plays Dr. Ryan Stone, a brilliant medical engineer on her first shuttle mission, with veteran astronaut Matt Kowalsky (Clooney) in command of his last flight before retiring. But on a seemingly routine spacewalk, disaster strikes. The shuttle is destroyed, leaving stone and kowalsky completely alone - tethered to nothing but each other and spiraling out into the blackness. The deafening silence tells them they have lost any link to earth…and any chance for rescue. As fear turns to panic, every gulp of air eats away at what little oxygen is left.'
Gravity is tipped to be one of the biggest movies of 2013 and is being compared to the likes of Avatar for its spectacular visual effects. In other words we can expect it to be pretty awesome! The film is due for release on the 4th October 2013.
