Thanks to Liam Neeson, Irish dads everywhere now have a reputation for kicking ass when their daughter’s life is threatened.
IT stars the former Bond actor as Mike Ryan, a successful tech businessman with a beautiful family and fancy-pants smart house.
When he asks a temp IT consultant at his company named Ed (James Frecheville) to finesse the house, Ed hacks into everything Reagan and his family owns.
He also begins to stalk Mike’s daughter.
Aside from Brosnan, there’s also an Irishman helming the film in John Moore, whose credits include A Good Day to Die Hard (even if it was crap, it remains the most profitable film by an Irish director to date) and Behind Enemy Lines.
