Liam Neeson, current King Of The Geri-Action Heroes (sorry Sly and Arnie, but he is) thanks to the likes of the Taken franchise and The A-Team, is back in kick-ass mode with Non-Stop, which sees him reunited with the director of Unknown.
Neeson plays an air-marshall who is told that unless a certain someone receives $15 million dollars, someone is going to die every twenty minutes on the six hour flight from New York to London. As he tries to solve the mystery, it turns out that he himself is the prime suspect! (bites nails)
You would think that after The Grey that Neeson would know better than to board a plane again, but here we are! Also on board is Julianne Moore, looking all side-eyed shady, and there are some similarities to the likes of the Jodie Foster plane-set thriller Flightplan, as well as the likes of Agatha Christies Ten Little Indians, as potential suspects become potential victims, and vice versa.
Frankly, we love a good airplane set-thriller (unless we're on the airplane at the time, then we'd rather be watching something else, thank you), and with Neeson on board, this looks set to be a great little flick.
Non-Stop is due for arrival on February 28th 2014.
