The sequel to 'An Inconvenient Truth' is taking aim at climate change deniers and has an almighty villain in the shape of Donald Trump.
In Al Gore's sequel to 2006's 'An Inconvenient Truth', he "continues his tireless fight traveling around the world training an army of climate champions and influencing international climate policy. Cameras follow him behind the scenes – in moments both private and public, funny and poignant -- as he pursues the inspirational idea that while the stakes have never been higher, the perils of climate change can be overcome with human ingenuity and passion."
It should also make you realise, just like Leonardo DiCaprio's 'Before The Flood', that the world is pretty much fucked unless we start making tangible changes immediately.
It also doesn't help that Trump is almost a cartoon-ish villain in the trailer, which just makes the fact that he's doing exactly what he said he would and repealing Obama's climate change policies all the more terrifying.
'An Inconvenient Sequel: Truth To Power' is set for release in Irish cinemas on August 25th.
