"It's nice to meet you. I'm Nate."
After numerous delays, 'Uncharted' is finally in production.
The film is led by Tom Holland and Mark Wahlberg. We now have a first look at the former.
Holland plays protagonist Nathan Drake and Wahlberg is his mentor Victor Sullivan.
The movie is adapted from the video game series of the same game and has trying to make it to the big screen since 2008.
It was one of many productions affected by COVID-19. Filming shut down mid-March of this year.
It has now resumed shooting and is in production in Valencia, Spain, having filmed in Germany and Berlin in recent months.
Nathan Drake in the 'Uncharted' games is in his mid to late 30s.
The movie is reported to be a prequel or origin story for the character.
See Tom Holland as the renowned video game fortune hunter below.
Like his most recent credit 'The Devil All the Time', it looks like the more roughed up, mature look (as opposed to his neat, slightly dorky and juvenile Spider-Man persona) suits the actor well.
