Here's your first look at 'The Conjuring' threequel
If you're not a fan of horror, you might want to look away right now...
The official trailer is finally here for 'The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It', which is the third official 'Conjuring' movie.
Other installments in the horror franchise have included the 'Annabelle' trilogy, 'The Curse of La Llorona', and 'The Nun'.
The threequel has been described as "a chilling story of terror, murder and unknown evil that shocked even experienced real-life paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren."
The synopsis reads: "One of the most sensational cases from their files, it starts with a fight for the soul of a young boy, then takes them beyond anything they’d ever seen before, to mark the first time in U.S. history that a murder suspect would claim demonic possession as a defence."
Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson return to star as the Warrens.
The director is Michael Chaves, who also helmed 'La Llorona'.
'The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It' is a Warner Bros. release. Thus it will debut on HBO Max and cinemas on the same date - June 4th - in the USA.
Details for its release in Ireland have not been confirmed.
Here's hoping that cinemas will open on time for us to have that big scream screen summer blockbuster experience.
