Someone in Marvel or Sony is in big trouble
It's one of the most eagerly anticipated movies to be released this year. However, just a few shorts months out from its release, we still haven't had a glimpse of how the action sequel is shaping up. Well, that is, until today.
Earlier this Monday morning, the 'Spider-Man: No Way Home' trailer had an unfortunate leak online, whipping Marvel fans into a frenzy of anticipation and wonder.
We're not going to provide you with a link to the leak or comment on what the trailer supposedly contains, but if you wish to find it before its inevitable release presumedly later this week, there's still a pocket of the internet where the trailer exists. We're going to hold off until the HD version premieres.
The 'Spider-Man: No Way Home' trailer leak arrives after months of fans crying out for information about the third entry in Sony's Tom Holland-led franchise. With rumours of Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield making appearances as their alternative web-slinging counterparts, even though Tom Holland denied the rumours, fans have been desperate for a snippet of information confirming the news.
Alfred Molina, Jamie Foxx, Kristen Dunst and Emma Stone were all expected to return also. Even Marvel's 'Daredevil' star Charlie Cox was reportedly seen on the set of the movie.
Following both Disney+ series 'WandaVision' and 'Loki' upsetting the MCU timeline, fans are predicting that Sony's next Spidey feature will be the first live-action blockbuster to tackle Marvel's Multiverse in a big way. With Benedict Cumberbatch's Doctor Strange also expected to be in the line-up of the movie, all signs indicate that the fan theories might be correct.
Until we get our official look, however, all we can do is laugh at all of the hilarious reactions to the 'Spider-Man: No Way Home' trailer leak that have been circulating on Twitter.
'Spider-Man: No Way Home' is due for release in cinemas on December 17.
