Ryan Reynolds is now officially a proper movie star, what with the financial success of The Proposal, and his signature role of Deadpool now just waiting to be explored. But instead of cashing in some more, Matthew McConaughy style, the hugely talented actor has chosen to stretch his thespian chops in the interesting sounding film, Buried. Reynolds will play a chap working as a contractor in Iraq, who is abducted and buried alive in the desert. While he manages to get above ground, he has just a mobile, a candle and a knife to survive - something tells me he can't just call a taxi, though. Fair play to Reynolds for keeping it risky, he could easily do another romantic comedy for vast amounts of clams. The film starts shooting in Barcelona next month, while Sheena will be over in London talking to him on Wednesday for The Proposal.
