Domhnall Gleeson has just bagged himself a gorgeous and talented co-star for his new high profile movie, About Time.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Rachel McAdams has signed on for the Richard Curtis directed/scripted passion project joining Bill Nighy, Tom Hollander, Margot Robbie, Lydia Wilson and Vanessa Kirby. In the production Gleeson will play a man who can travel back in time, and meets the woman of his dreams somewhere in the ether. Quirky fringe Zooey Deschanel was previously linked to the part, but McAdams is better whatever the reasons for the switch. When I spoke to Gleeson he was extremely excited about the project, as funding production company, Working Title, had shown a lot of faith in him by recommending him as the lead to Curtis.
McAdams will next be seen opposite Ben Affleck in an untitled Terance Malick project, while Gleeson has a bunch of flicks due including Dredd and Anna Karenina.
