You may remember it was reported back in March that production on the third Maze Runner film, The Death Cure, was shut down after the lead Dylan O'Brien suffered some facial injuries following an on set accident. 

While the full extent of his injuries was not known, it was reported that the actor had at least suffered from 'concussion, facial fracture and lacerations'. Production has been pushed back almost a year while O'Brien recovers from his injuries and there had been rumours that his face may look dramatically different. 

Uproxx have reported that the first photo of the star has emerged since the accident and he looks.....the same.

OK he's now sporting a beard but there are no noticeable changes to his face that we can make out which is fantastic news. 

The Jamba Juice employee who got the photo with him said O'Brien was in great form and was 'smiling and laughing' because she was 'about to burst into tears'.
