Nicole Kidman is in final talks to play Fox News anchor Gretchen Carlson, who brought a $20 million dollar sexual harassment lawsuit against Roger Ailes, the former President of Fox News and chair of Fox Television Stations.
The movie - titled 'Fair And Balanced' - will cover the raft of lawsuits that brought down Ailes after six women came forward with accusations against Ailes, as well as the further investigations that took place against Bill O'Reilly. Margot Robbie and Charlize Theron, meanwhile, are set to play Kayla Pospisil and Megyn Kelly respectively. Ailes eventually quit Fox News under pressure from the Murdoch family, and went to work as a campaign and media advisor to none other than - you guessed it - Donald Trump.
Jay Roach, who directed period biopic 'Trumbo' and political comedy 'The Campaign', is set to direct with a screenplay by 'The Big Short' scribe Charles Randolph, with Charlize Theron acting as producer. As it stands, no release date has been set however expect this to be getting a lot of attention as it ramps up production.
