Michael Bay has been loudly umming and ahhhing about getting to work on a second sequel to Transformers, as he preps his weightlifer heist movie, Pain and Gain. Paramount say they want it for 2011, but Bay is saying he needs a break from giant robot smacking shenanigans, and will only deliver the film in 2012. Now, it seems the boisterous helmer may take even longer, as it has been announced that Smallville creators Alfred Gough and Miles Millar will pen the script, I Am Number Four, for Bay to direct the shit out of. According to Variety, the film is based on the James Frey and Jobie Hughes novel about a group of nine aliens who flee to Earth, disguised as teenagers, when their home planet is destroyed. That sounds really crap, but still, I bet Bay is gonna direct the crap out of that crap; because that's what Michael Bay does, folks.
