Zombieland director Ruben Fleischer is being tipped to direct the Danny McBride starring comedy 30 Minutes, according to The LA Times. Fleischer is hot stuff in Hollywood right now after the huge success of the thoroughly enjoyable Zombieland, and also even apparently passed on directing a fourth Mission Impossible film.
The film's script by Matthew Sullivan and Michael Diliberti has been on the 'Black List' in Hollywood, meaning it's considered one of the best unproduced screenplays currently doing the rounds. In it, McBride would play a pizza delivery guy who gets into various shenanigans during an average night - I'm assuming it's full of awesome dialogue and the like, hence the black list inclusion.
McBride is starting work on the second season of the brilliant Eastbound and Down, and would need to fit his schedule around that before fully committing to the film.
