The first trailer for the sequel drops this week
We officially have our first look at the fourth 'Matrix' installment.
'The Matrix Resurrections' sees Keanu Reeves and Carrie-Anne Moss return to their roles of Neo and Trinity.
Jada Pinkett Smith is also back as Niobe.
New cast members include Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Jessica Henwick, Jonathan Groff, Neil Patrick Harris, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, and Christina Ricci.
Plot details for the movie are being kept under wraps.
However, the launch of an official interactive website for 'The Matrix Resurrections' offers more clues on what to expect.
At WhatIsTheMatrix.com, users can select the red pill or the blue pill, akin to the original 1999 'Matrix' movie.
They then get a look at some brief clips of the movie, accompanied by a mysterious voiceover.
You see Reeves ready for a fight, Abdul-Mateen II looking at himself in the mirror, and Moss mid-kick.
Callbacks to the first movie include images of Groff with his mouth closing shut, and a black cat ("déja vu").
Here are just some of the images offered by the interactive website:
