This is not a beach that you'll want to visit
M. Night Shyamalan's 'Old' gets its first full-length trailer ahead of its release later this summer.
There's a huge influx of chilling and mysterious movies for us to watch once cinema screens open in Ireland. And as you will see from the 'Old' trailer below, Shyamalan has quite the twisted adventure in store for us.
The thriller, which stars an international cast of Gael García Bernal, Vicky Krieps, Rufus Sewell, Ken Leung, and Thomasin McKenzie, closely follows a young family who make their way to a mysterious beach. There, they discover the body of a young woman, who appears to decay within minutes of encountering her.
What happens next is truly a cause for concern. Acclaimed director M. Night Shyamalan directs and produces the movie, which is based on the graphic novel 'Sandcastle' by Pierre Oscar Lévy and Frederik Peeters.
Rounding out the cast of the summer thriller is Nikki Amuka-Bird, Abbey Lee, Aaron Pierre, Alex Wolff, Embeth Davidtz, Eliza Scanlen, Emun Elliott, and Kathleen Chalfant.
Our first 30-second look at the feature film arrived earlier this year during the Super Bowl. Here's the full-length 'Old' trailer.
This summer, visionary filmmaker M. Night Shyamalan unveils a chilling, mysterious new thriller about a family on a tropical holiday who discover that the secluded beach where they are relaxing for a few hours is somehow causing them to age rapidly… reducing their entire lives into a single day.
'Old' will hit cinemas on July 23.
