Val Kilmer and the increasingly in demand Xzibit, have joined the cast of Werner Herzog’s mental sounding Bad Lieutenant remake that already has Nicolas Cage headlining it. According to Variety Cage plays a cop on the edge, and Kilmer will play his partner. Xzibit is playing a nemesis named Big Fade, in “a re-imagining” of the film. We’ll next see Xzibit not pimping anything as an FBI Agent in The X-Files: I Want To Believe; while Kilmer just finished a film called Streets of Blood.
