The dinos are on the loose!

Did the two returning cast members just step out of a time machine? Because they look like they've come directly from 'Jurassic Park III'.

The summer blockbuster trailers have started bounding in. In our first look at 'Jurassic World Dominion' we catch a glimpse of two returning cast members who haven't been seen since that underwhelming 2001 entry.

Laura Dern and Sam Neill will be back as Ellie and Alan for what Universal Pictures are signposting as one epic conclusion of the franchise.

They'll be joined by Jeff Goldblum's Doctor Ian Malcolm, who has appeared in the previous two 'Jurassic World' titles which have been led by Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard. This third and final film sees the cast go on a global adventure to try and contain the dinosaur outbreak which was unleashed at the end of 'Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom'.

Dern, Neill and Goldblum shared a picture of the three of them in 2020 while filming the latest release. They dedicated the post to the late actor and 'Jurassic Park' star Richard Attenborough.

'Jurassic World Dominion' fast-forwards the action four years later, with dinosaurs now living and hunting alongside humans across the world. This fragile balance will reshape the future and determine, once and for all, whether human beings are to remain the apex predators on a planet they now share with history’s most fearsome creatures.

Never-before-seen dinosaurs will be introduced this time around, and there will be the usual breakneck action and visual effects for us to get lost in.

Basically, this is 'Planet of the Apes', but with dinosaurs (if they bring out a talking dinosaur, we're walking).

Returning cast members include BD Wong as Dr. Henry Wu, Justice Smith as Franklin Webb, Daniella Pineda as Dr. Zia Rodriguez and Omar Sy as Barry Sembenè. New characters will be introduced, played by DeWanda Wise, Mamoudou Athie, Dichen Lachman, Scott Haze and Campbell Scott.

Here's the trailer.

'Jurassic World Dominion' roars into cinemas on June 10.
