Ever since Joaquin Phoenix was first announced for the 'Joker' origins movie, there has been feverish speculation about what he might bring to the iconic villain's role - as well as what he might look like in it.
Now, at least one of those questions has been answered as director Todd Phillips has shared the first photo, and a number of others have leaked.
It's safe to say that Phoenix's Joker - aka 'Arthur' - probably isn't what people might be expecting, but that makes it all the more intriguing to see how this nerdy-looking character will develop, if you ask us:
