Two weeks in and despite a 48% drop, Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them is still comfortably on top of the Irish box office.
The Harry Potter spinoff is closing in on the €2,000,000 mark in less than three weeks and could easily surpass €3,000,000 before its run is complete. Meanwhile, Bad Santa 2 had a decent enough opening weekend for a 16s certificate film. Arrival, meanwhile, is holding strong and could potentially finish out its run at the box office over the €750,000 mark.
Let's get to this week's figures.
