This year's Cannes Film Festival lineup is looking particularly strong this year, with some truly interesting films on the way to the premiere European film festival.
For competition, there's quite a few interesting choices, including Jeff Nichols' Loving (starring our own Ruth Negga), office favourite Paul Verhoeven and his French-language thriller Elle and Nichols Winding Refn's The Neon Demon.
Out of competition, Steven Spielberg's The BFG gets a showing as does Shane Black's '70s-set crime-comedy The Nice Guys and Jodie Foster's real-time thriller Money Monster.
