How many surprises and snubs are in store?
One of the biggest TV and movie awards ceremonies out there (aside from the Oscars) has announced their nominations. The 2020 Golden Globes nominations are here so awards season is now really kicking off.
Unlike with previous years, the 'Drama' and 'Comedy or Musical' categories for the Golden Globes seem pretty solidly defined.
A couple of upsets include no nod for 'Little Women' for Best Drama and no nod for Robert de Niro for heading 'The Irishman' cast.
Leading the race for highest number of nominations is 'The Irishman' and 'Marriage Story' with six nods each. Meanwhile shows 'Unbelievable', 'The Crown' and 'The Morning Show' and 'Chernobyl' fared well for TV.
