Harrison Ford's been busy grumbling through his promotional tour for Ender's Game. Yeah, he's never been known for his hyperbolic media conversations but we love him all the same, right? We had the pleasure of catching up with him just yesterday - check back soon for the full interview - but among the beans spilled by the former Indiana Jones actor, was something very juicy about Blade Runner.
In another recent interview with IGN, Ford revealed that he is absoutely considering reprising his Blade Runner role, and is currently in discussions with Ridley Scott. How awesome would that be? Between this and his potential return to Indiana Jones, Ford's showing no signs of slowing down just yet.
As per Ford, the two have been busy "chatting about" the proposed sequel to their 1983 sci-fi cult classic.
Speaking of his time on Blade Runner, Ford says: "I remember it with complication, but I'm not there to generate nostalgic moments, I'm there to do a job of work... I quite understand that everybody has an ambition when they come and do a film, and everyone's ambition may not be focused on the same thing. I truly admire Ridley as a man and as a director, and I would be very happy to engage with him again in the further telling of this story."
Sounds good to us.
