One of stand-out stars of the incredible Inception, British actor Tom Hardy is fast making a name for himself around Hollywood. The projects are piling up for the Bronson star, with the Mad Max sequel/reboot set to lens soon with him in the role of Max.

Hardy has just officially added another flick to his slate, with the amusing sounding This Means War. He'll star opposite Star Trekker Chris Pine, and Oscar winner Reese Witherspoon in the action comedy, that shows what happens when a beautiful woman comes between two best mates. It might be worth mentioning that the aforementioned mates are spies, and the woman moves into the spare room in their gaff. Hardy replaces Sam Worthington who was previously set to co-star with Seth Rogen, while Bradley Cooper, James Franco, Matt Damon and Robert Downey Jr. were also being mooted for a long time.

Terminator Salvation helmer McG will be calling the shots.
