British actor Tom Hardy is in talks to replace Mel Gibson as Mad Max in a fourth film in the Australian franchise, while Charlize Theron is also is talks to board the project. Director Dennis Miller was attached to the, almost filmed, Justice League movie, which fell through after some shenanigans at Warner Bros. Miller was reportedly looking for an Aussie actor to play the role, but settled on Hardy after seeing him in the Guy Ritchie film, RocknRolla.
