It's the sequel to 2021's 'Afterlife'
There's a new 'Ghostbusters' film on the way - and the trailer has just dropped for it.
'Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire' is the sequel to the 2021 reboot 'Ghostbusters: Afterlife' and will see the franchise return to the original setting of New York City.
A strange 'death chill' has turned the Big Apple into an icy wasteland - and as you'll see in the trailer, it's up to Paul Rudd and his fellow ghostbusting comrades to lead the charge against whomever - or whatever - is responsible.
The tagline reads: "When the discovery of an ancient artifact unleashes an evil force, Ghostbusters new and old must join forces to protect their home and save the world from a second ice age."
Gil Kenan - who co-wrote 'Afterlife' with Ivan Reitman, its director - will direct 'Frozen Empire', while the likes of Bill Murray and Dan Ackroyd will return as Venkman and Ray, alongside names that made their 'Ghostbusters' debuts in 2021, like 'Stranger Things' star Finn Wolfhard and Patton Oswalt.
Kumail Najani, British comedian James Acaster, Mckenna Grace and Carrie Coon also star.
It's set for release in cinemas in March 2024.
