The latest trailer for Solo: A Star Wars Story dropped in the last few hours and if you’re a big Star Wars fan, and have a sharp eye, you probably noticed a character we haven’t seen in the teasers so far.
In a blink-and-you'll-miss-it moment, Chewie is seen affectionately pressing his head against another Wookiee. If you know your Star Wars trivia, you’ll know that the only time Chewie has been spotted connecting with another of his species is in the TV Holiday special where Solo’s bestie visits his family on the planet Kashyyyk for the Wookiee holiday "Life Day."
His family includes a son and wife, Malla, short for Mallatobuck.
Hardcore fans are convinced the character in the Solo trailer is Malla:

If Chewie's wife in this is Malla from The Star Wars Holiday Special then Solo is officially an objective 10/10 pic.twitter.com/HGokbkzjA9

I'm wondering who the Wookiee with Chewie was. IS that Malla? Are they even going there? Jon Kasdan seems JUST nerdy enough to do that.
