Here's your first look at the second 'Downton Abbey' movie
Lord and Lady Grantham, as well as Lady Mary Talbot, The Dowager and more, are all ready to welcome you back to their humble abode once more.
'Downton Abbey: A New Era' finally has an official trailer.
It is the second movie sequel following the hit period drama which aired between 2010 and 2015.
The first 'Downton Abbey' movie hit cinemas in 2019.
It was a huge box office success, bringing in $194 million globally.
Plenty of familiar faces return including Hugh Bonneville, Laura Carmichael, Jim Carter, Brendan Coyle, Michelle Dockery, Kevin Doyle, Joanne Froggatt, Harry Hadden-Paton, Robert James-Collier, Allen Leech, Phyllis Logan, Elizabeth McGovern, Sophie McShera, Tuppence Middleton, Lesley Nicol, Maggie Smith, Imelda Staunton, and Penelope Wilton.
New cast members include Hugh Dancy, Laura Haddock, Nathalie Baye, Dominic West, and Jonathan Zaccaï.
From the looks of the trailer, it would seem a trip to the south of France (meaning the film won't be totally set in the eponymous Downton Abbey) is in order.
Plus Tom Branson, after years in mourning, is tying the knot again. Meanwhile a secret of the Dowager's unravels...
'Downton Abbey: A New Era' arrives in Irish cinemas on March 18, 2022.
