Chris Nolan has spoken to The Los Angeles Times about his third Batman movie, going further than just revealing the film's title, The Dark Knight Rises.

He confirmed that The Riddler would not be the villain this time out, and instead said he would introduce some new characters. He also confirmed that it would be his last film, rounding out what he calls "the trilogy." Nolan spewed, "Our ambition for the third movie is to complete a story that has begun. This is not starting over, this is not rebooting. We’re finishing something, and keeping a consistency with what’s come before has real value."

Are you going to argue with him? Something tells me we're on for something truly spectacular here, and I for one can't wait to see it. Tom Hardy is still attached as one of the villains.
