We love seeing this actor making a comeback
Brendan Fraser has been landing some major gigs of late - and this might be his biggest project of late yet.
The actor has joined the cast of Martin Scorsese's latest project, 'Killers of the Flower Moon', in the eleventh hour. Deadline, who broke the news, revealed that Brandan Fraser has also been cast in 'Brothers'.
For the latter, Fraser joins cast members Josh Brolin, Glenn Close and Peter Dinklage.
The movie comes from 'Palm Springs' director Max Barbakow, with no logline available as of yet.
'Killers of the Flower Moon' stars a bunch of Scorsese regulars including Robert De Niro, Leonardo DiCaprio and Jesse Plemons.
The crime drama centres around the Osage Nation murders.
The historical event occurred between the 1910s and '30s and saw sixty or more wealthy, full-blood Osage Native Americans murdered. The FBI took up the case and unravelled a major conspiracy.
Brendan Fraser is reportedly playing lawyer WS Hamilton in the feature film which is by Paramount Pictures and will debut on Apple TV+.
After starring in such films as 'The Mummy' franchise, 'Bedazzled', 'George of the Jungle', 'Crash' and 'Looney Tunes: Back in Action' between the 1990s and 2000s, the actor's career faded somewhat into obscurity.
He's been having a comeback of late as he currently stars in HBO Max series 'Doom Patrol'.
Brendan Fraser also recently starred in 'No Sudden Move' from Steven Soderbergh.
Another much anticipated upcoming project of his is 'The Whale' from director Darren Aronofsky.
